# Youfid vs Sky Smart Home

The clearest difference is rating: Sky Smart Home at 4.0 against Youfid's 1.0. Sky Smart Home also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). Youfid's advantage is review sentiment (55% vs 13%) and iOS requirement (6.0 vs 15.0). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Sky Smart Home holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of Youfid's written reviews are positive against 13% of Sky Smart Home's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Youfid ships an update every 2 months, Sky Smart Home monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
