# iPersia Wallpapers vs 9D VPN

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: iPersia Wallpapers at none against 9D VPN's 4. iPersia Wallpapers also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (72% vs 44%). 9D VPN's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months) and rating (4.4 vs 4.0). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 9D VPN sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. iPersia Wallpapers asks for nothing beyond the download.

9D VPN holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 9D VPN has 530 ratings behind it against 42, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of iPersia Wallpapers's written reviews are positive against 44% of 9D VPN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iPersia Wallpapers ships an update every 4 months, 9D VPN fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
