# LinkedMap vs IBI

LinkedMap and IBI both sit at 2.1 stars, but that hides the real split: 42% of LinkedMap's written reviews are positive against 0% of IBI's. LinkedMap also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (10 vs 1). IBI's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LinkedMap sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and IBI sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 2.1 for LinkedMap against 2.0 for IBI. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LinkedMap has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 42% of LinkedMap's written reviews are positive against 0% of IBI's.

LinkedMap ships an update monthly, IBI every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
