# PocketCab Passenger vs Carpooll.com

The clearest difference is monetization model: PocketCab Passenger at free against Carpooll.com's free with in-app purchases. PocketCab Passenger also leads on iOS requirement (7.0 vs 13.0). Carpooll.com's advantage is ratings volume (8 vs 1) and device support. On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for PocketCab Passenger against 5.0 for Carpooll.com. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Carpooll.com has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
