# Hydra vs eUlift

The clearest difference is update cadence: eUlift at every 2 months against Hydra's every 5 months. eUlift also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hydra ships an update every 5 months, eUlift every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
