# 頭痛ーる vs Barometer Plus

The clearest difference is rating: 頭痛ーる at 4.5 against Barometer Plus's 4.0. 頭痛ーる also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). Barometer Plus's advantage is review sentiment (64% vs 41%) and ratings volume (420 vs 13). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 頭痛ーる sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Barometer Plus sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

頭痛ーる holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Barometer Plus has 420 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of 頭痛ーる's written reviews are positive against 64% of Barometer Plus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

頭痛ーる ships an update fortnightly, Barometer Plus every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 26, 2026.
