# AS Monaco vs RC Lens

The clearest difference is rating: RC Lens at 5.0 against AS Monaco's 4.4. RC Lens also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). AS Monaco's advantage is review sentiment (73% vs 57%) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RC Lens holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AS Monaco has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of AS Monaco's written reviews are positive against 57% of RC Lens's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AS Monaco ships an update monthly, RC Lens every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
