# Rotterdampas vs Funda

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Funda at 40% against Rotterdampas's 0%. Funda also leads on ratings volume (1.5K vs 22) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). Rotterdampas's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.9 vs 4.7). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Rotterdampas holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Funda has 1.5K ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Rotterdampas's written reviews are positive against 40% of Funda's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Rotterdampas ships an update every 3 weeks, Funda weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
