# TEMPUR vs Bed Control

The clearest difference is rating: Bed Control at 4.0 against TEMPUR's 2.1. TEMPUR's advantage is ratings volume (119 vs 5) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.6). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Bed Control holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TEMPUR has 119 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of TEMPUR's written reviews are positive against 15% of Bed Control's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
