# Minima vs SplitKit Video Splitter

The clearest difference is rating: SplitKit Video Splitter at 5.0 against Minima's 2.9. SplitKit Video Splitter also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3). Minima's advantage is ratings volume (17 vs 1) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Minima sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. SplitKit Video Splitter asks for nothing beyond the download.

SplitKit Video Splitter holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Minima has 17 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
