# MICROS inMotion vs Expressway Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: Expressway Mobile at 2.8 against MICROS inMotion's 1.6. Expressway Mobile also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months). MICROS inMotion's advantage is review sentiment (37% vs 0%) and ratings volume (108 vs 11). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Expressway Mobile holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MICROS inMotion has 108 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 37% of MICROS inMotion's written reviews are positive against 0% of Expressway Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
