# Electromaps vs Findcharge

The clearest difference is ads: Findcharge at none against Electromaps's shown. Findcharge also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Electromaps's advantage is ratings volume (342 vs 1) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Findcharge holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Electromaps has 342 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Electromaps ships an update monthly, Findcharge every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
