# Strut vs Heisty

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Heisty at 100% against Strut's 48%. Heisty also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.7) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months). Strut's advantage is ratings volume (67 vs 6) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Heisty holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Strut has 67 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 48% of Strut's written reviews are positive against 100% of Heisty's.

Strut ships an update every 6 months, Heisty every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
