# Dynamic Signal vs Skills System

The clearest difference is rating: Dynamic Signal at 4.8 against Skills System's 3.2. Dynamic Signal also leads on ratings volume (7.1K vs 5). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Dynamic Signal holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dynamic Signal has 7.1K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 45% of Dynamic Signal's written reviews are positive against 50% of Skills System's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dynamic Signal ships an update monthly, Skills System every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
