# Calendars vs ClickUp

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ClickUp at none against Calendars's 20. Calendars's advantage is review sentiment (56% vs 39%) and ratings volume (122K vs 10K). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Calendars sells 18 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. ClickUp asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Calendars against 4.7 for ClickUp. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Calendars has 122K ratings behind it against 10K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 56% of Calendars's written reviews are positive against 39% of ClickUp's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
