# Calendars vs Smart Tasks AI Scheduler

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Smart Tasks AI Scheduler at 100% against Calendars's 56%. Smart Tasks AI Scheduler also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.2). Calendars's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (122K vs 9). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Calendars sells 18 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Smart Tasks AI Scheduler sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Calendars holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Calendars has 122K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of Calendars's written reviews are positive against 100% of Smart Tasks AI Scheduler's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Calendars ships an update weekly, Smart Tasks AI Scheduler every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
