# Calendars vs Steady Hand

The clearest difference is update cadence: Calendars at weekly against Steady Hand's monthly. Calendars also leads on chart position (#111 vs unranked) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Calendars sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Steady Hand sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Calendars ships an update weekly, Steady Hand monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
