The clearest difference is rating: ADViSiON at 5.0 against LILINViewer's 1.8. ADViSiON also leads on iOS requirement (7.0 vs 12.0). LILINViewer's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (30 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
