# Sticky Notes vs iNote

The clearest difference is monetization model: iNote at free with in-app purchases against Sticky Notes's subscription. iNote also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). Sticky Notes's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (72% vs 49%). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sticky Notes sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and iNote sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sticky Notes holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6K and 2.4K respectively. Written reviews point the same way: 72% of Sticky Notes's written reviews are positive against 49% of iNote's.

Sticky Notes ships an update every 5 weeks, iNote every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
