# Sticky Notes vs Pro Note

The clearest difference is monetization model: Pro Note at free with in-app purchases against Sticky Notes's subscription. Pro Note also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 72%). Sticky Notes's advantage is ratings volume (6K vs 15) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sticky Notes sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Pro Note sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.4 for Sticky Notes against 4.5 for Pro Note. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sticky Notes has 6K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 72% of Sticky Notes's written reviews are positive against 100% of Pro Note's.

Sticky Notes ships an update every 5 weeks, Pro Note monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
