# MyNB vs UniFi Design

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MyNB at 75% against UniFi Design's 23%. MyNB also leads on iOS requirement (16.6 vs 18.0). UniFi Design's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.0) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

UniFi Design holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 7 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of MyNB's written reviews are positive against 23% of UniFi Design's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MyNB ships an update every 6 weeks, UniFi Design fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
