# Toolbox™ vs Construction Calc Pro Lite

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Toolbox™ at 83% against Construction Calc Pro Lite's 10%. Toolbox™ also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (4.3K vs 2). Construction Calc Pro Lite's advantage is price (Free vs $1.99) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Construction Calc Pro Lite is free to download; Toolbox™ costs $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Construction Calc Pro Lite holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Toolbox™ has 4.3K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Toolbox™'s written reviews are positive against 10% of Construction Calc Pro Lite's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Toolbox™ ships an update every 2 months, Construction Calc Pro Lite every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
