# C vs Tick

The clearest difference is update cadence: C at every 3 weeks against Tick's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. C sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Tick sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

C ships an update every 3 weeks, Tick every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
