# Autism iHelp vs Sequences

Autism iHelp and Sequences both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Autism iHelp's written reviews are positive against 0% of Sequences's. Autism iHelp also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). Sequences's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 11 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Autism iHelp sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Sequences sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Autism iHelp against 5.0 for Sequences. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Autism iHelp has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of Autism iHelp's written reviews are positive against 0% of Sequences's.

Autism iHelp ships an update every 11 months, Sequences every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
