# Slack vs DIGIEX

The clearest difference is rating: Slack at 4.1 against DIGIEX's 1.0. Slack also leads on ratings volume (54K vs 1) and chart position (#20 vs unranked). DIGIEX's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Slack holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Slack has 54K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Slack ships an update weekly, DIGIEX every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
