# Asian Diver vs DIVEROUT

The clearest difference is review sentiment: DIVEROUT at 65% against Asian Diver's 0%. DIVEROUT also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (weekly vs every 8 months). Asian Diver's advantage is rating (4.0 vs 3.7) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Asian Diver sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per year and DIVEROUT sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Asian Diver holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DIVEROUT has 26 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Asian Diver's written reviews are positive against 65% of DIVEROUT's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Asian Diver ships an update every 8 months, DIVEROUT weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
