# Mudo vs B&G Store

The clearest difference is ads: B&G Store at none against Mudo's shown. B&G Store also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). Mudo's advantage is ratings volume (18 vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Mudo against 5.0 for B&G Store. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mudo has 18 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Mudo ships an update every 3 weeks, B&G Store every 4 weeks. Both last shipped on October 18, 2026.
