# DietOne vs OPS SMARTWATCH

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: OPS SMARTWATCH at none against DietOne's 9. OPS SMARTWATCH also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.5). DietOne's advantage is ratings volume (102 vs 1) and review sentiment (86% vs 68%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DietOne sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. OPS SMARTWATCH asks for nothing beyond the download.

OPS SMARTWATCH holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DietOne has 102 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of DietOne's written reviews are positive against 68% of OPS SMARTWATCH's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

DietOne ships an update monthly, OPS SMARTWATCH every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
