# ZoomNotes Lite vs Meeting Notes & Work Planner

The clearest difference is monetization model: ZoomNotes Lite at free with in-app purchases against Meeting Notes & Work Planner's subscription. Meeting Notes & Work Planner's advantage is ratings volume (1.9K vs 214). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ZoomNotes Lite sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Meeting Notes & Work Planner sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.2 for ZoomNotes Lite against 4.1 for Meeting Notes & Work Planner. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Meeting Notes & Work Planner has 1.9K ratings behind it against 214, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 72% and 71% positive.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 17, 2026.
