# ZoomNotes Lite vs Morpholio Journal

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ZoomNotes Lite at 72% against Morpholio Journal's 49%. ZoomNotes Lite also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). Morpholio Journal's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (763 vs 214). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ZoomNotes Lite sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Morpholio Journal sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Morpholio Journal holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 214 and 763 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of ZoomNotes Lite's written reviews are positive against 49% of Morpholio Journal's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ZoomNotes Lite ships an update every 3 weeks, Morpholio Journal every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
