# My Omer vs Rashi Script

The clearest difference is rating: Rashi Script at 5.0 against My Omer's 3.6. Rashi Script also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). My Omer's advantage is ratings volume (60 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. My Omer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Rashi Script sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rashi Script holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: My Omer has 60 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

My Omer ships an update monthly, Rashi Script fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
