# Vi vs ezykam

The clearest difference is rating: Vi at 4.5 against ezykam's 1.0. Vi also leads on ratings volume (29K vs 1) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). ezykam's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and review sentiment (67% vs 38%). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vi sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. ezykam asks for nothing beyond the download.

Vi holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Vi has 29K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of Vi's written reviews are positive against 67% of ezykam's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Vi ships an update monthly, ezykam every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
