# Fast Flash vs quicklook multitasking

The clearest difference is rating: quicklook multitasking at 5.0 against Fast Flash's 3.2. Fast Flash's advantage is review sentiment (37% vs 0%) and ads (none vs shown). On in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Fast Flash costs $2.99 and quicklook multitasking $3.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

quicklook multitasking holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fast Flash has 159 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 37% of Fast Flash's written reviews are positive against 0% of quicklook multitasking's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fast Flash ships an update every 4 months, quicklook multitasking every 42 months. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 14, 2026 respectively.
