# Star Thief vs Ninja Camel

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ninja Camel at every 3 days against Star Thief's every 9 months. Ninja Camel also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). Star Thief's advantage is review sentiment (95% vs 67%) and ratings volume (16 vs 2). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Star Thief against 5.0 for Ninja Camel. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Star Thief has 16 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 95% of Star Thief's written reviews are positive against 67% of Ninja Camel's.

Star Thief ships an update every 9 months, Ninja Camel every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
