# Remote Shutter vs ClipReel

The clearest difference is rating: ClipReel at 5.0 against Remote Shutter's 3.6. Remote Shutter's advantage is ratings volume (71 vs 1) and device support. On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Remote Shutter sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and ClipReel sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ClipReel holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Remote Shutter has 71 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
