# PDF Export vs PDFEsign.com PDF E

The clearest difference is ads: PDFEsign.com PDF E at none against PDF Export's shown. PDFEsign.com PDF E also leads on review sentiment (80% vs 46%). PDF Export's advantage is ratings volume (1.8K vs 12) and rating (4.7 vs 4.3). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PDF Export sells 12 one-off in-app purchases and PDFEsign.com PDF E sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PDF Export holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PDF Export has 1.8K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of PDF Export's written reviews are positive against 80% of PDFEsign.com PDF E's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PDF Export ships an update fortnightly, PDFEsign.com PDF E every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
