# ACK Comics vs Book Hill

The clearest difference is update cadence: Book Hill at every 5 weeks against ACK Comics's every 3 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ACK Comics sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per 3 months and Book Hill sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ACK Comics ships an update every 3 months, Book Hill every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
