# RA Infinitum vs Drive MX

The clearest difference is rating: Drive MX at 4.4 against RA Infinitum's 2.8. Drive MX also leads on ratings volume (285 vs 4) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). RA Infinitum's advantage is review sentiment (45% vs 9%) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Drive MX holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Drive MX has 285 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 45% of RA Infinitum's written reviews are positive against 9% of Drive MX's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RA Infinitum ships an update every 3 months, Drive MX every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
