# Xerox DocuShare vs Microsoft 365 Admin

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Microsoft 365 Admin at 78% against Xerox DocuShare's 50%. Microsoft 365 Admin also leads on ratings volume (5.8K vs 1) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 7 months). Xerox DocuShare's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Xerox DocuShare holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Microsoft 365 Admin has 5.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Xerox DocuShare's written reviews are positive against 78% of Microsoft 365 Admin's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Xerox DocuShare ships an update every 7 months, Microsoft 365 Admin every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
