# sketchometry vs GeoGebra Geometry

The clearest difference is rating: sketchometry at 4.6 against GeoGebra Geometry's 4.0. sketchometry also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly) and review sentiment (65% vs 55%). GeoGebra Geometry's advantage is ratings volume (75 vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

sketchometry holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GeoGebra Geometry has 75 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 65% of sketchometry's written reviews are positive against 55% of GeoGebra Geometry's.

sketchometry ships an update every 10 days, GeoGebra Geometry monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
