# BroadSoft Recorder vs EmployerAccess

The clearest difference is review sentiment: BroadSoft Recorder at 50% against EmployerAccess's 0%. EmployerAccess's advantage is rating (3.3 vs 2.7) and ads (none vs shown). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EmployerAccess holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 2.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 29 and 35 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of BroadSoft Recorder's written reviews are positive against 0% of EmployerAccess's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
