# Memrise vs Tiwari Academy Learning App

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Tiwari Academy Learning App at none against Memrise's 16. Tiwari Academy Learning App also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Memrise's advantage is ratings volume (218K vs 2) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Memrise sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Tiwari Academy Learning App asks for nothing beyond the download.

Tiwari Academy Learning App holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Memrise has 218K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 68% of Memrise's written reviews are positive against 62% of Tiwari Academy Learning App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Memrise ships an update fortnightly, Tiwari Academy Learning App monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
