# Vegas™ vs Tachi Palace

The clearest difference is rating: Tachi Palace at 3.8 against Vegas™'s 1.0. Tachi Palace also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (18 vs 1). Vegas™'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Tachi Palace holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tachi Palace has 18 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Vegas™ ships an update every 10 months, Tachi Palace every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
