# Magicmaman Mag vs Sélection

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Magicmaman Mag at 80% against Sélection's 33%. Magicmaman Mag also leads on device support (3 vs 1). Sélection's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Magicmaman Mag sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per year and Sélection sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Magicmaman Mag ships an update every 7 months, Sélection every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
