# FWRD vs TOTEME

The clearest difference is ads: TOTEME at none against FWRD's shown. TOTEME also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 70%). FWRD's advantage is ratings volume (9.1K vs 213). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for FWRD against 4.9 for TOTEME. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FWRD has 9.1K ratings behind it against 213, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 70% of FWRD's written reviews are positive against 100% of TOTEME's.

FWRD ships an update monthly, TOTEME every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
