# 更美APP vs 壹心理

The clearest difference is ads: 更美APP at none against 壹心理's shown. 更美APP also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (16K vs 338). 壹心理's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

壹心理 holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 更美APP has 16K ratings behind it against 338, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 89% of 更美APP's written reviews are positive against 74% of 壹心理's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

更美APP ships an update every 10 days, 壹心理 fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
