# Imovelweb vs Stix

The clearest difference is monetization model: Imovelweb at free against Stix's free with in-app purchases. Imovelweb also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). Stix's advantage is iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Stix holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 102 and 95 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of Imovelweb's written reviews are positive against 11% of Stix's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Imovelweb ships an update monthly, Stix every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
