# Rendez vs PANTERIC

The clearest difference is rating: Rendez at 4.9 against PANTERIC's 3.6. Rendez also leads on ratings volume (920 vs 5) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). PANTERIC's advantage is review sentiment (65% vs 34%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Rendez holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rendez has 920 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of Rendez's written reviews are positive against 65% of PANTERIC's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Rendez ships an update fortnightly, PANTERIC every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
