# Rendez vs CaseGuru

Rendez and CaseGuru both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 73% of CaseGuru's written reviews are positive against 34% of Rendez's. CaseGuru also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Rendez's advantage is ratings volume (867 vs 8) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Rendez against 5.0 for CaseGuru. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rendez has 867 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 34% of Rendez's written reviews are positive against 73% of CaseGuru's.

Rendez ships an update fortnightly, CaseGuru every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
