# l'Opinion vs La Rép

The clearest difference is rating: La Rép at 5.0 against l'Opinion's 3.2. l'Opinion's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. l'Opinion sells 20 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and La Rép sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

La Rép holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: l'Opinion has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 56% of l'Opinion's written reviews are positive against 60% of La Rép's.

l'Opinion ships an update every 4 weeks, La Rép fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 16, 2026.
